The 91抖阴 has been developing and delivering higher and degree apprenticeships since 2016. These programmes are designed by employers for employers, meeting the needs of the public and private sector while improving staff development and retention.

Our apprentices combine work with part-time university study and develop through on-the-job learning with work-based projects relevant to their organisation.

Many of our higher and degree apprenticeship programmes and HTQ qualifications are also offered through the .

What are higher and degree apprenticeships?

Higher and degree apprenticeships are jobs with industry-led educational programmes attached that lead to university qualifications. An apprenticeship is a three-way partnership between an education provider (the 91抖阴), an employer, and an apprentice, who could be an existing employee or a new hire.

Apprentices spend most of their time at the workplace in a relevant professional role, with 20% of their time (usually one day per week) released for university study. The 91抖阴 offers level 5, 6 and 7 apprenticeships, equivalent to foundation, bachelors and masters degrees respectively.
