Profitnet

Profitnet is an innovation learning network, created at the University of 91¶¶Òõ, to enable organisations to learn from each other through expertly facilitated, confidential group sessions.

The programme helps businesses achieve a significant impact on their profit, turnover, and employment. To date, more than 1,300 businesses have taken part.

It's strength comes from the group's ability to tap into the business expertise within it. Member led and expertly facilitated, every meeting focuses on real business challenges.

Profitnet, a 91¶¶Òõ enterprise

The Profitnet programme

As a business, it's important to have access to knowledge and expertise that may sit outside of your comfort zone. Profitnet will provide you with the opportunity to:

+ Problem solve real day-to-day challenges through expertly facilitated, confidential peer-to-peer action learning sets.

+ Tap into a diverse pool of business knowledge and experience, enriching your own decision making and strategic planning.

+ Access support to enable business growth and innovation.

+ Reflect, plan, and commit to an action plan.

+ Build lasting relationships with other business leaders by expanding your professional network and identifying opportunities for potential collaboration.

+ Equip yourself with the knowledge and tools needed to access innovation funding.

Why 91¶¶Òõ?

As pioneers of this peer-to-peer action learning programme, we bring over 15 years of experience delivering and working with SMEs to continually improve the Profitnet programme.

A recent summative assessment report (2023) found that:

  • 91% of respondents reported an improvement across all business skills and capabilities.

  • 100% of respondents saw an improvement in their ability to create and assess new ideas, develop, and commercialise new products, processes, and services.

  • 97% said the support had increased the likelihood they would collaborate with partners (business and academia) in the future.

It's like having your own non-executive board available to you to reality check your ideas and offer some of their experiences.

You also have the chance to feed in your experiences, thoughts, ideas, and contributions back to other members.

Stuart Brittle, Medisort
