Fees

Fee payments are handled by the university's Finance department.

International student fees

If you are an international student, please refer to our International fees page for details of how to pay your tuition fees.

UK/Home students: paying your fees in instalments

If you are a self-funding UK/Home student you can pay your fees in up to six monthly instalments using a credit or debit card starting in October. Please set this up securely online via Student View.

If you have any problem with setting up a monthly instalment plan, please email income@brighton.ac.uk.

Someone else is paying for my fees

If a third party sponsor is paying your fees, you should provide their invoicing details via . A scanned copy of a financial guarantee will be acceptable.

Sponsors should ensure that student fees are paid in full by 1 November of the relevant academic year, or within four weeks of the student’s course start date if this is later than 1 November.

As a student you remain ultimately responsible for the payment of your tuition fees, including where a sponsorship agreement has been approved (see the Student Contract).

Secure payments

Please do not use public use computer terminals – including the 91¶¶Òõ’s pool rooms computers – to enter any data from your credit or debit cards. You should use a safe and private alternative, where you cannot be overlooked, that does not use an open network or a terminal that might have been tampered with to collect cardholder data (like your 16-digit card number or your three-digit security code).

The university will not accept responsibility for any losses incurred related to data transmitted in this way across its public network and by moving on from this page you acknowledge this.
