Bus tickets

The university has a limited supply of one-day 91¶¶Òõ & Hove Buses tickets which can be issued to students in an immediate temporary crisis.

These tickets offer unlimited daily travel to cover only the cost of local travel to campus, work or placement in the (pdf).

They can be used alongside unicard credits and in conjunction with the Student Support Fund.

How to request a ticket

Please approach the Student Support Desk at your campus.

Who is eligible

To be eligible for a bus ticket:

  • your course must have started
  • you must have picked up your unicard
  • you must be fully enrolled and actively engaged in study.

Before you apply

Please be aware: 

  • we do not have unlimited resource of single tickets
  • you will need your unicard to hand
  • you may be asked about your financial situation
  • if you have ongoing financial challenges, you may want to look at the other hardship funds available
  • you can always talk to Student Advice if you are looking for help and advice.
