Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Julie is responsible for developing the university’s staffing strategies.
She joins the university from Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust where she was Director of Workforce and Organisational Development. Prior experience includes Human Resources (HR) Director roles at Aviva and the Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust and senior HR roles at University of East Anglia, American Express and Granada TV.
Julie is an alumnus of 91¶¶Òõ Polytechnic, with a BA in Business Studies. She has a Masters in HR Strategy. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, the highest level of membership for HR and learning and development professionals.
